Just before and just after unlocking the first three costumes and unlocking costumes using Gravity rush 1 save. Found the point that triggers mission complete for an angel named double cross. turning that on, loading it, saving then removing the mission edit kept the costume unlocked even though the mission returned to incomplete.
Gravity Rush is a very fun game. The story, I’m not really sure how to explain it to you without going into spoilers. Basically a kind hearted girl becomes a hero of sorts by protecting people, fighting monsters and such, helping out with chores. The plot gets a lot deeper as the story goes on. A great video game series.

It's a shame servers went down, I rather enjoyed treasure hunts. GR2 is a direct sequel to the first game so you really should play that first.
