Travelers frequently stop in Lake Como while visiting Italy. It is a “Y”-shaped lake and the third largest in Italy. Villa Carlotta. The hamlet of Tremezzo is home to one of Lake Como’s most famous villas, Villa Carlotta.The villa – which has its own pier along the Como-Colico route provided by the local public boat service – has neoclassical features and is surrounded by a vast terraced garden, where you can spend much of the day without the risk of getting bored.
